How do I personalize the products?
Follow these steps:
1. Go to the product page of your choice
2. Choose a ‘Color’ and/or ‘Size’
3. Click on the icon ‘Customize’
4. Create your design with the available features (the image has to be of high resolution for the best print quality)
5. Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button
Can I buy a product without customisation?
Currently this is not possible.
How sustainable are your products?
Our products are made of 100% sustainable, recycled and biodegradable materials. Find more information on the individual product pages.
All our products are made-to-order. By producing only what is already ordered we limit waste.
Many of our orders are delivered in the same region they’re fulfilled. Having fulfillment centers close to our customers is good both for the business and the planet. Strategically located fulfillment centers allow for faster shipping times and it also helps with reducing the CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.
The better the quality, the longer the product lasts. Producing long-lasting products means reducing new purchases. We work with suppliers that produce high-quality products that last many washes, keeping print colors vibrant and the fabric soft.
To make our product sourcing more transparent, we added information about each item’s manufacturer and country of origin. You can also download product certificates—such as GOTS and OEKO-TEX—in the Description tab of all our products.
Our products are printed with the direct-to-garment (DTG) technique. With DTG, ink is sprayed onto the garment, which helps it soak better into the fabric and makes the print less prone to fading.
What is the fulfillment time?
Our products are fulfilled within 3 days. Baucause of COVID-19 restrictions fulfillment times can be longer.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping is free for all purchases above 100 EUR. For orders bellow we charge 3.99 EUR.
What are the shipping times?
Shipping time greatly depends on to which country it is being shipped to. The average shipping time is 3-14 days. In some cases because of Covid-19 restrictions shipping times can be longer than expected.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept these payment methods:
Credit card, SEPA direct debit, Giropay, iDeal, Bancontact, EPS, Sofort, Przelewy24, Alipay. Multibanko, Paypal.

You pay VAT 21% on all products. All prices are indicated inclusive VAT.
